Serge Masters

Serge Masters is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Bureau of Enforcement at The Florida Office of Financial Regulation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Serge held the position of Director at SDM Group, specializing in Sanctions, AML, and KYC advisory and consulting from December 2013 to September 2022. Notably, Serge was the CEO of the Technology & Consulting subsidiary at BP from October 2011 to November 2013 and held multiple leadership roles at The AES Corporation, including CEO of the Power Generation subsidiary and COO and CIO of the Electricity Distribution subsidiary from January 2005 to September 2011. Earlier in the career, Serge worked as a Managing Consultant at Electronic Data Systems from January 2000 to December 2004. Serge holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Don State Technical University and has further education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
