Michelle Lombardi

Michelle Lombardi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle currently holds the position of Business Cross Product CIO Strategic at State Street. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Agile Coach Product consultant at Wells Fargo and as a Practice Architect at TEKsystems. Michelle also served as a SAFe SPC/Digitalization Agile Coach at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they coached and launched agile release trains. Additionally, Michelle worked at Auctor Corporation as a Senior Program Manager, leading Agile transformations, and at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Program/Project Manager. Michelle also held roles as a Senior Program Manager at BNY Mellon, Director of Global Sales Operations at S&P Global Market Intelligence, and Senior Program Manager at AIG. Earlier in their career, Michelle served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where they managed financial and project planning for a $6 billion technology/operations business.

Michelle Lombardi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University. Michelle also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University, specializing in International Business through an exchange program with IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., Scrum Alliance, and The LeSS Company.
