Ben Shaw

Ben Shaw is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technology sectors. Currently, Ben serves as a Software Engineer at Google Labs focusing on Gen AI since June 2020, alongside roles as an Investor and Advisor for both MarkIt and a stealth AI startup starting in September 2023. Prior to this, Ben was a Software Engineering Lead at Cloud Metal and held positions at Nuance Communications and Cisco, where significant contributions included leading full-stack JavaScript projects and developing IoT solutions. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Digital Chocolate and MoviePass, and a foundational position at AT&T, applying full-stack JavaScript and big data technologies. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
