Deepavali Chakravarti

Dr. Chakravarti has deep expertise in cancer biology and immunology. Most recently, she served as a post-doctoral fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Ron DePinho at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She has received several prestigious fellowships and grants, including the CPRIT Graduate Scholar Award, Digestive Disease Consortium Pilot Feasibility Funding (NIDDK), in various cell biology studies. She is the primary author or co-author of over 14 molecular and cancer biology publications. Dr. Chakravarti holds a Ph.D. In Biochemistry and Cancer Biology from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center and an M.S. in Biology from the University of Clear Lake.
