Joe Howerton

Joe Howerton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Stellar Solutions, Joe evaluates the technical baseline of communication satellite systems and develops acquisition documents for rapid prototypes. Previous roles include Engineering Manager and Deputy Director at the United States Air Force, where Joe oversaw manufacturing and integration of multiple ACAT-1 programs, and numerous significant positions at the National Reconnaissance Office, leading budget planning and compliance reviews for multi-billion dollar portfolios.
