Barb Birr

Barb Birr has been working in the food industry since 1998. Barb began their career at Lund Food Holdings as Director of Advertising & Promotions. In 2003, they became Partner at Flavorroad. In 2006, they joined Step One Foods as Co-Founder, Member of Board of Directors, and Chief Operations Officer. In 2018, they became Manager of Operations at CAPITA3 and in 2021 they were appointed Chief Operations Officer at CAPITA3 Leader Launch™.

Barb Birr attended Macalester College from 1986 to 1990, and is currently attending the University of Minnesota.
