Tim Boon

Tim Boon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tim started their career at Jobsite in 2004 as a Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer. In 2005, they moved to Baker Tilly as a Junior Systems Architect. Tim then returned to Jobsite in 2007 as a Windows Infrastructure Engineer - Project Focussed, eventually becoming the Head of End User Computing in 2013. In 2017, they joined The Stepstone Group as an IT Service Delivery Manager and later became the Head of Internal IT UK.

Tim Boon earned their BSc (Hons) in Computing from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied Computer Engineering from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS. In 2018, they earned the Support Manager certification from The Service Desk Institute (SDI). Most recently, in December 2020, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
