Alexander started their career at Safeway as a Courtesy Clerk, where they gained experience in customer service and maintaining a well-functioning store. Alexander then worked at the Salvation Army as a Lead Sales Associate & Technology Liaison, focusing on customer service and problem-solving. Alexander then pursued a Bachelors of Science in Information Science at the University of Maryland College Park, specializing in Data Analytics. Alexander excelled in analyzing sales data for business growth. After completing their degree, Alexander joined Sterling Forever as an IT Support Specialist, responsible for network maintenance and web development. Alexander later took on the role of Head of Amazon Sales, overseeing a team and utilizing data analysis to increase sales and predict inventory needs. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations at Sterling Forever.
