Ross Roberts

Ross Roberts has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ross began their career as a Financial Analyst at Acurity, Inc. in 2006 and worked in various roles within the company, including Senior Analyst and Manager of the Finance Department. In these roles, they were responsible for managing reporting needs, collaborating with the contracting department, and providing strategic analytics to drive process improvements.

In 2014, Ross joined Steward Health Care as Director, Analytics & System Performance. Ross designed and led a highly efficient supply chain analytics department, growing the team from 1 to 8 employees in just over 12 months. Ross also evolved reporting capabilities, transitioning from text/excel files to utilizing direct database in streaming and dashboarding to present customized end user interfaces. Ross'sefforts resulted in significant gains in capacity and throughput of analytic capabilities.

Ross's most recent position at Steward Health Care is Senior Director, IS Financial Applications. Ross started this role in January 2019 and continues to contribute their expertise to the company's financial operations.
