John Kaplan

John Kaplan is a highly experienced attorney and partner at Stoel Rives LLP since July 2023, bringing extensive expertise from a lengthy tenure at Perkins Coie LLP, where Kaplan served as a partner in the Financial Transactions and Restructuring Group from October 1994 to July 2023. Prior to that, Kaplan worked as an associate and financial analyst at Trepp, LLC from 1987 to 1990. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law (1990-1993) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School (1983-1987).
