Charlie Smith

Charlie Smith has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2019, they began working for Storage Commander Software LLC as the Vice President of Operations, Assistant Controller, and Business Analyst. From 2018-2019, they were the General Manager at Origin Hotel, where they helped the ownership group build and open the new hotel, and created unique and positive experiences for customers. From 2015-2018, they were the General Manager at Hotel Z, where they oversaw all operations, staff recruitment, training, and customer experience, and helped the hotel become ranked as one of the top ten hotels in San Diego by Trip Advisor.
