Tan Ngee Kiang

Tan Ngee Kiang has worked in various roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2013. Tan began their career as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP in 2013. In 2015, they moved to Foo Kon Tan as a Senior Associate. In 2016, they became a Management Accountant at CROWN Asia Pacific Holdings Ltd. In 2019, they joined Tessa Therapeutics Ltd as a Senior Management Accountant / Financial Planning & Analysis, where they worked on ERP system enhancements and new systems implementation. Currently, they are a Finance Manager at Structo, where they are responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracies of the monthly financial closing process, optimizing the usage of NetSuite, reviewing financial performance, and assisting in the planning and execution of the annual budget / rolling forecast. Tan also reviews internal controls, drafts policies and procedures, and ensures regulatory and tax compliance.

Tan Ngee Kiang completed their Bachelor of Accountancy at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their GCE 'A' Levels from Raffles Institution in 2006-2007 and their Integrated Programme from Raffles Institution from 2002-2005. Tan also holds an Associate Member certification from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
