Katerina Douskova

Katerina Douskova's work experience begins with their role as an IT Advisor at HRSDC in 2011. Katerina then worked as a Sourcer at Modis from September to December 2012. Following this, they held various roles at Fresh Air Educators, Inc., including Customer Service Agent from June 2012 to April 2014 and Quality Assurance from May 2014 to September 2015.

In 2016, Katerina joined EY as an IT Risk Analyst, where they tested IT controls on software, databases, and operating systems. Katerina also met with clients to understand and determine audit needs, requirements, budgets, and timelines. Katerina later returned to Fresh Air Educators, Inc. as a Product Manager, responsible for key client relations, course development, marketing, sales, and strategic planning and implementation. Katerina ensured national and statewide compliance and oversaw customer deliverables. Katerina'srole at Fresh Air Educators, Inc. lasted from May 2016 to August 2018.

Since September 2018, Katerina has been working at STRV, starting as a Product Manager until March 2020. In this role, they were a product expert and digital solutions specialist responsible for creating the best solutions in any industry. Katerina worked with various technologies, including Node. From April to November 2020, Katerina worked as a Product Architect, and from November 2020 to November 2022, they served as the Head of Product. Currently, they are the Chief of STRV Labs, a position they have held since October 2022.

Katerina Douskova pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Ottawa between 2009 and 2014. Katerina'sfield of study was International Business with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). In 2012, they briefly attended the City University of Hong Kong, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Furthermore, in January 2018, Katerina obtained the CSPO (Certified SCRUM Product Owner) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
