Joy Delizo-Osborne has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2019, they began working at Student Achievement Partners, initially as a Program Manager and later transitioning to the role of Director. Currently, they serve as the President of the organization. In 2017, they joined SEEDS as a Board Member, and in the same year, they also started working at Education Resource Strategies as a School Design Lead. Prior to these roles, they worked at East Bay Innovation Academy as the Director of Innovative Instruction and later as the Director of Upper School. Joy also served as the Zero Year Executive Director at Summit Public Schools. In 2013, they worked at KIPP King Collegiate HS as the Dean of Instruction- Humanities. Additionally, they have held various education-related roles, including being a winner of the Sontag Prize in Urban Education.
