Tina Starks

Tina R. Starks has a diverse background in education, currently serving as an Educational Designer at Student Achievement Partners since July 2021. Concurrently, Tina held the position of Senior Policy Fellow at Teach Plus until September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Teacher On Assignment focused on Elementary Common Core at Fontana Unified School District from November 2015 to July 2021, and as a Curriculum Specialist at Celerity Nascent Charter School from July 2014 to October 2015. Tina's career began at Henry County Schools, where responsibilities included teaching 3rd and 5th grades from July 2006 to June 2014. Tina holds a degree in Japanese Language and Culture from UCLA and furthered education at California State University, Fresno.
