Silfo Guzman

Silfo Guzman is an experienced hotel and hospitality management professional with a diverse background, currently serving as Hotel Manager at Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Silfo held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at OTO Development from April 2019 to August 2021. Silfo's career in the hospitality industry began at The Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, where positions included Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, and Lead Server at Jimmy V’s Osteria + Bar from September 2015 to April 2019. Silfo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from East Carolina University and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Wake Technical Community College.
