Paula Polyak

Paula Polyak is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the HR function. Currently serving as the Plant Human Resources Manager at SunCoke Energy since August 2010, Paula manages HR functions across multiple plants, enhances leadership culture, and develops strategies for union avoidance. Prior experience includes Human Resource Director positions at US Pipe & Foundry Company, where Paula led HR initiatives for new plant start-ups and improved labor relations through effective communication and training. Paula's foundational HR expertise was gained as an HR Manager at Sybron Chemicals. Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
