Amy Roi is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in hospice and patient care coordination. Currently serving as the Senior Hospice Community Liaison at Suncrest Home Health & Hospice since May 2019, Amy focuses on enhancing healthcare relationships and increasing referrals. Previous roles include Community Liaison at Integrated Home Health, Palliative, & Hospice and Referral Coordinator at Option Care Health, where responsibilities ranged from educating patients and families to managing referral processes and verifying insurance coverage. With a background that includes positions at SmartMeds Pharmacy, Orsini Healthcare, CVS Specialty, and Allergy and Asthma Consultants, Amy has developed a comprehensive skill set in healthcare management, patient support, and community engagement. Education was obtained from Western Illinois University.
