Brent Skipper

Brent Skipper is an accomplished real estate professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment, consulting, and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Investments at Sundance Bay since April 2022, Brent focuses on funding commercial real estate projects in the Southeast, leveraging significant capital for competitive financing terms. As the owner of Sky Development Services, LLC since 2012, Brent engages in various ventures including e-commerce and online marketing. Previous leadership roles include CEO and Co-Founder of JOBEO and Operations and Logistics Manager at Sewell Direct, where Brent managed supply chain operations for a computer hardware supplier. With a background in financial operations and project management, Brent has also contributed to major projects like Alys Beach, a notable $2 billion development. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
