Lee J. Ross

Mr. Ross has worked in several roles within business as an accounting manager, production and material acquisition manager, technology specialist and business systems consultant. Mr. Ross has worked for both large and small companies. While employed at larger firms, such as the Xerox Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers and Lybrand he gained experience and training in managing business functions within the large business environment. However, he believes his most valuable experiences came while working for several smaller companies because managers working within this environment are required to “wear many hats” and be prepared to fill-in wherever needed. Mr. Ross has managed several departments while working for other companies and has owned companies in the past where his experience and desire to succeed has always served him well.

In 2002, Mr. Ross, along with Darlene Ross, co-founded SunLAN Corporation. SunLAN’s focus is on managing Limited Liability Companies (LLC). The LLCs managed by SunLAN are third party investor owned with the single purpose of dealing in non-performing credit card debt. Mr. Ross gained his knowledge about the non-performing credit card business while purchasing such debt for his own purpose. Mr. Ross made several significant purchases of more than $10,000,000.00 from such firms as Vision Management Services, a debt dealer based in Santa Ana, California; UNIFUND, a debt dealer based in Cincinnati, OH; CreditMax, a debt dealer based in West Palm Beach, FL, Credigy, a subsidiary of the Bank of Canada; and others. Mr. Ross, also, attended several classes and seminars on the subject of buying nonperforming debt presented by the Debt Buyer’s association. Mr. Ross’ frequent attendance at Debt Buyers conferences has provided him significant exposure to influential people in this industry and given Mr. Ross the opportunity to become well known and trusted over the past six years.

Mr. Ross graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Ross attended numerous training classes and seminars concerning the management of both large and small businesses.

Mr. Ross’ knowledge, experience and training over the past several years in the credit card business, coupled with his other experiences and training in business, more than qualifies him to manage these LLC investment companies and SunLAN Corporation.
