Crista Bowers

Crista Bowers is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and compliance. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SunShare since November 2022, Crista previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Seed & Smith from November 2018 to October 2022, where Crista established the HR and Compliance Department, developing numerous policies and procedures, including recruitment processes, performance management systems, and compliance with state regulations. Prior experience includes roles as District HR Manager for Nordstrom overseeing Colorado and Utah, and various positions within Nordstrom and Wells Fargo, culminating in a solid foundation in employee relations, talent development, and operational compliance. Crista holds a BHES degree in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Alabama, obtained in 2009.
