Hilary Arthur

Hilary Arthur has accumulated a diverse range of experience in various roles over the years. They started as a Research Assistant Intern at the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project in 2012 and later took on the role of Volunteer Tax Assistant at the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance in 2012-2013. They worked as a Sales Associate at The Mast General Store from 2010-2013, followed by a brief stint as a Hostess at Laughing Seed Cafe in 2013. In 2013, they volunteered with All Hands Volunteers as a Typhoon Response Volunteer in the Philippines. In 2014, they were a Retail Sales Associate at GoLite. Moving into corporate roles, Hilary transitioned to Spyderco, Inc. from 2014-2021, starting as a Domestic Sales Rep, then moving up to Domestic Sales Lead, and finally serving as Domestic Sales Manager. In 2022, they became an Account Manager at Roper Roofing & Solar, and then, in 2022-2023, they took on the role of Manager, Corporate Clean Energy Solutions at Pivot Energy. Most recently, they have been working as the Customer Operations Director at SunShare since 2023.

Hilary Arthur earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pure Mathematics from the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2009 to 2012. Hilary also studied Renewable Energy/Solar at Solar Energy International (SEI).
