Meri-Tuulia Rautavuori has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and business intelligence. Meri-Tuulia started their career at Nokia Networks as a Build Manager Trainee, where they were responsible for establishing long-term production plans and conducting analysis for prototype production. Meri-Tuulia then moved on to Outokumpu, where they worked as a Market & Customer Analyst, focusing on sales and order intake reporting, lead generation, and supporting sales and marketing activities.

In 2014, Rautavuori joined SongHi Entertainment as a Business Analyst, where they played a key role in establishing business intelligence operations. Meri-Tuulia'sresponsibilities included data warehousing, data mining, transforming raw data into meaningful analyses, and KPI reporting.

Meri-Tuulia then joined RedLynx, a Ubisoft Studio, as a Business Intelligence Analyst, taking on a dual role in BI and Live Operations Management. Here, they focused on mobile game analytics, game monetization strategies, game live operations, and project experience.

Next, Rautavuori joined Unity Technologies as a Senior Analyst. Meri-Tuulia managed the A/B testing process, owned the data pipeline, and was responsible for KPI reporting, data validation, visualization, and delivering reports and insights related to project performance. Meri-Tuulia also negotiated with service and tool providers and had ownership of the tools. Additionally, they worked closely with product owners and development teams, focusing on development processes from design to release.

In 2018, Rautavuori joined Zynga as a Senior Business Analyst. Meri-Tuulia'srole involved analyzing business data and providing insights for decision-making. Meri-Tuulia held this position until 2022 when they joined Supercell as a Game Analyst.

Throughout their career, Rautavuori has gained experience in various aspects of data analysis, including KPI reporting, data visualization, project management, and tool ownership. Meri-Tuulia has a strong background in the gaming industry and has consistently contributed to the growth and development of the companies they have worked for.

Meri-Tuulia Rautavuori completed their Bachelor's of Asian Studies/Civilization at the University of Turku from 2004 to 2006. Following this, from 2003 to 2008, they pursued a Master's of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Oulu.
