Joe Wait

Joe Wait has a diverse work experience in the field of project management. Joe started working at Superchain Network in 2023 as a Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Unit4 from 2018 to 2023. At Unit4, they held various roles including Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, and Analyst Business Consultant. As a Project Manager at Unit4, they led a €30m+ digital transformation program for the Ministry of Finance in the Republic of Cyprus, where they collaborated with the Programme Director and Project Managers to define objectives, coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies, and improve governance processes. Joe also planned parallel waterfall deployments with complex dependencies over a 5-year span. Overall, Joe Wait has demonstrated expertise in project management and has experience in leading large-scale transformation programs.

Joe Wait has a diverse education history. In 2017, they attended The University of Manchester, where they pursued a Master of Philosophy - MA degree in Philosophy, which they completed in 2018. Following a gap in their education, in 2021, Joe attended the University of Nicosia and obtained a Master of Science - MSc degree in Blockchain and Digital Currencies in 2022. Prior to their Master's degree, Joe attended The University of Manchester from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in BA (Hons.) Social Science (Philosophy).

Additionally, Joe has obtained a certification in Software Testing Foundations: Test Management from LinkedIn in March 2023.
