Anita Plesiu

Anita Plesiu is an accomplished professional with significant experience in customer support and operations management, particularly during tenure at Prezi as Head of Support from January 2019 to June 2023, where Anita revamped the global team structure, leading to improved customer satisfaction and employee retention. Anita also designed and implemented departmental strategies aligned with company objectives, managed a team of 25, and maintained support KPIs.
