Chuck Brown, CCP, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in compensation, HRIS management, and HR administration. Chuck currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Superior Lubricants Company, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Manager of HR Shared Services at Rich Products Corporation, where they led a team responsible for enhancing the employee experience and overseeing payroll administration. Earlier in their career, Chuck worked at Gibraltar Industries, where they held various roles, including Corporate Sr. Compensation and HRIS Manager, Corporate HR/Payroll Supervisor, Corporate Human Resources Supervisor, and Corporate Human Resources Administrator. In these roles, they focused on compensation planning, HR system management, and HR administration, and contributed to the implementation of standardized processes and internal controls.
