Jimmy Shaw is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in healthcare and sales management. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Administrator at Surgery Partners, Inc. since September 2023, Jimmy previously held the title of CEO/Administrator at SCA Health, overseeing a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgical Center. With a strong background in strategic sales and operations, Jimmy has successfully managed large teams and complex projects, as demonstrated during tenure as Regional Sales Director at Charter Spectrum and other roles in direct sales management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Florida Southern College.
