Mariana Taype

Mariana Taype currently serves as a Practicante de gestión humana at SURGIR - Santander Microfinanzas since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Practicante de Recursos Humanos at Soluciones M4G, where responsibilities encompassed supporting the area of climate and culture and assisting with the implementation and maintenance of internal communication channels, and as a Practicante de reclutamiento y selección at Total Talent Human Resources, where tasks involved conducting mass curricular and telephone screenings and preparing psychological labor reports. Mariana Taype is an alumna of Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, graduating in December 2023, and has also studied at Asociación Cultural Peruano Británica.
