Olga Logvina, SHRM-SCP

Olga Logvina, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Surprise.com App since January 2022 and at Surprise.com since April 2021. Prior to this role, Olga held the position of HR Director at CEX.IO from August 2017 to April 2020 and at OJS Company "Universal Bank" from February 2007 to December 2016, where responsibilities included Deputy HR Director and Head of Recruitment. Earlier in the career, Olga worked as a Recruitment Officer at Ward Howell International - Ukraine and as a Consultant at COMILFO Executive Search. Olga earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from Kyiv National Economics University between 2000 and 2005.
