Simon Zürrlein

Simon Zürrlein has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Simon has held various leadership roles in renowned companies such as SWAROVSKI and Claire's Accessories. At SWAROVSKI, they served as the Global Vice President of Human Resources for different departments, including Commercial, Brand & Digital, Corporate Functions, Digital & Global Business Services, and the Company Division F&A. Prior to their time at SWAROVSKI, they worked as the Human Resources Director for Central & Eastern Europe at Claire's Accessories. Simon also has experience in teaching, having worked as a Dozent at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE). Simon Zürrlein's work experience also includes roles at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., Voith GmbH, and diverse companies where they handled various HR projects.

Simon Zürrlein earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Management from Steinbeis Hochschule from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) between 2004 and 2009. Simon also had a period of study in Business Administration at California State University, Los Angeles from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Simon Zürrlein has obtained the certifications of Certified Digital HR Specialist and Certified Strategic HR Leader from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2023.
