Sue Coia

Sue Coia has a strong background in project and program management, with experience in various industries. Sue most recently worked at Swire Coca-Cola, USA as the Director of the Project Management Office, where they were responsible for establishing an enterprise project management office to drive business process re-engineering efforts. Prior to that, they worked at ZAGG, Inc. as the Director of the Project Management Office, where they achieved operational efficiencies by implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and oversaw various corporate transformation programs. Sue also has experience as an Operations Lead at Idea Boxx, where they implemented Lean Six Sigma principles in a start-up manufacturing environment. Additionally, they served as the Director of the Program Management Office at Rochester Regional Health System, where they led multiple projects to streamline the healthcare safety net system. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Schneider Electric and Xerox, where they managed strategic alliances, led acquisitions and integrations, and implemented Lean Six Sigma strategies to reduce operational costs and generate incremental revenue.
