Eric Brown

Eric Brown currently serves as Vice President and Senior Property Facultative Underwriter at Swiss Re since September 2020 and Managing Director at Three24 Global since March 2019. In addition to these roles, Eric has been involved with the Contra Costa County Affordable Housing Finance Committee since 2008, where responsibilities include recommending allocations for significant funding in affordable housing projects. Eric's extensive experience in underwriting includes positions at Chubb and AXA XL, where expertise spans commercial property insurance and reinsurance. Eric also held leadership roles at CHELSEA Corp and Catlin, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving equity initiatives. Educational credentials include a BS in Economics from the University of San Francisco, a Master Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Rapport Leadership International, a certification in Integrated Marketing Communications from UC Berkeley, and a certificate in Nuclear Engineering from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School.
