Mardson de Andrade has a diverse work experience ranging from client relations, marketing analysis, operations assistance, and management. Mardson began their career at Edrizio Hortifruti as a Marketing Manager responsible for brand exposure, digital media management, and customer acquisition. Mardson also created internal communication processes in the company. Mardson then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. Mardson later joined ONErpm as an Operations Assistant and gained experience in this role for a year. Following that, they worked at MK Music Brasil as a Marketing Analyst, where they contributed to marketing strategies until 2021.
