Sharon Hackett

Sharon Hackett has a diverse work experience in various roles related to business operations and sales operations. Sharon is currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Symphony since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Business Operations at Symphony from 2020 to 2022. Sharon also held the position of Head of Sales Operations at Symphony from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining Symphony, Sharon worked at Reval where they held several positions in global sales operations. Sharon served as a Senior Manager of Global Sales Operations from 2016 to 2019, Global Sales Operations Manager from 2015 to 2016, Lead Sales Operations Analyst from 2013 to 2015, and Senior Sales Operations Analyst from 2011 to 2013.

Sharon also has experience working at Symantec.Cloud as a Marketing Operations Manager from 2010 to 2011, Symantec Hosted Services as a Marketing Specialist from 2009 to 2010, and MessageLabs - Now part of Symantec as a Marketing Assistant from 2008 to 2009. Sharon started their career as a Marketing Analyst at MessageLabs Inc in 2007 and later worked as a Marcomm Operations at MessageLabs Inc from 2006 to 2007.

Sharon Hackett attended Marist College from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (Radio/TV/Film).
