Swetha Jain

Swetha Jain has worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Symphony since 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Technology Analyst at Infosys from March 2016 to November 2018. At Infosys, they supported and monitored multiple critical applications in a production environment, identified software defects, and contributed to the automation of test scripts and tools. Swetha also participated in incident management and reported status updates to higher management. Before Infosys, Swetha worked as an Application Developer at IBM India Pvt Ltd from September 2012 to March 2016. In this role, they developed and implemented new modules in Java based on client needs, led project completion estimation tasks, maintained test plans and cases, and contributed to software defect resolution through test automation.

Swetha Jain completed a PG certification in Full Stack Software Development at Caltech in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, which they pursued from 2021 to 2022. Swetha had previously earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, but the start and end years are not provided for this degree.
