Shiny Ganguly

Shiny Ganguly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2018, they worked as a Front Office Executive at Taj Bengal (Kolkata), where they assisted guests and handled incoming calls. The following year, in 2019, Shiny interned at JW Marriott as a Food and Beverage Intern and later as a Public Relations Specialist. Shiny designed menus, built customer relationships, and ensured compliance with food safety regulations. From 2020 to 2022, they served as an Account Manager at Laiba technology, responsible for managing accounts. In 2022, they joined OPUSING LLC as an Account Manager and Client Coordinator, overseeing project delivery and resource coordination. Currently, Shiny is working at Synapse Business Systems Inc as a Business Development Manager, focusing on generating new leads and maintaining client relationships in the IT staffing industry.

Shiny Ganguly pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from JIS University, starting in 2018 and completing their studies in 2021.
