Yatiraj Tantri Paniyoor

Yatiraj Tantri Paniyoor is a seasoned professional in ASIC design with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of ASIC Design at Synaptics Incorporated since July 2022, Yatiraj has previously held key positions at Qualcomm, including Principal Engineer/Manager overseeing PHY design for 802.11be AP, and Senior Staff Manager focused on the design and architecture of 802.11ac/ax PHY sub-blocks. Prior roles at Broadcom involved senior engineering responsibilities in IC design and verification for various generations of 802.11 standards. Yatiraj began the career as an ASIC Design Engineer at AMCC India, working on SOC integration and CAN protocol verification. An alumnus of PESIT Bangalore, Yatiraj earned a BE in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2004.
