Ondrea Thomas

Ondrea Thomas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategy and transformation within large organizations. Currently serving as VP of Strategy and Transformation at Synchrony since 2012, Ondrea drives process excellence and automation across finance operations. Previous roles at Synchrony include Business Integration Manager and Settlement Integration Manager, where Ondrea led new business initiatives and managed complex client integrations. Prior to Synchrony, Ondrea held finance management positions at GE Capital, overseeing significant expense management and financial systems operations. Ondrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tuskegee University.
