Przemyslaw Mroczek

Przemyslaw Mroczek serves as the Deputy Global Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal Department at Syncron since November 2015, overseeing a range of legal matters including SaaS contracting, IT contract negotiation, and compliance with data privacy and intellectual property regulations. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Syncron, where responsibilities involved global legal advisory, contract management, and support for certifications like SOC2 and ISO27001. Mroczek began a career in law with positions at PwC, Clifford Chance LLP, and several internships, focusing on data protection, corporate governance, and civil law. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. from the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in the Law of new technologies from Kozminski University.
