Ruzan Nalbandyan

Ruzan Nalbandyan currently serves as the Talent & Leadership Development, Inclusion & Diversity Regional Manager for Europe at Synopsys Inc, a role held since April 2015, which involves designing and implementing regional strategies and coordinating Learning & Development activities. Prior to this, Ruzan held multiple positions at VivaCell-MTS from August 2008 to April 2015, including Labor Relations Leading Specialist, Corporate Trainer, and HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staffing Coordinator at World Vision from 2004 to 2008. Ruzan holds a Specialist Diploma in Psychology from Yerevan State University and has furthered education through various programs at Management Centre Europe.
