Erdoan Shipoli

Erdoan Shipoli, PhD, serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Syntax Technologies since August 2020, focusing on driving growth and innovation through strategic leadership. As a Founding Partner of Shipoli Ventures since January 2018, Shipoli provides coaching and consulting services to a diverse clientele, specializing in executive presence and advocacy. In addition, Shipoli has been a Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University since April 2015, contributing expertise in US Foreign Policy. Prior roles include Programs Director at the Federation of Balkan American Associations and Program Manager at the Lobbying School and İstanbul Leadership Institute, where Shipoli managed development teams and led various impactful programs. Shipoli holds a PhD in International Relations and Political Science from Fatih University and has conducted research on critical global issues as part of academic pursuits at Georgetown University.
