Margaux Ducatillon

Margaux Ducatillon is an experienced professional in sensory research and management, currently serving as Sensory Qual Associate Director and Head of Sensory APAC at MMR Research since May 2019. In this role, Margaux oversees the local sensory team in Singapore, establishes the sensory team in India, and leads various sensory activities for FMCG clients across the APAC region. Prior to this, Margaux held positions as Sensory Manager Singapore and Senior Research Executive - Sensory Qual at MMR, as well as Sensory & Consumer Research Associate at RB and Sensory Panel Leader at Roquette. Margaux holds multiple master's degrees in Consumer Science and Sensory Science from AgroSup Dijon, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a TEFL certification from the International TEFL Academy.
