Caroline Horn

Caroline Horn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and strategic governance. Currently serving as a Board Director and Nomination & Governance Committee Chair at System1, as well as a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, Caroline also holds an advisory role at Strava. Caroline's previous experience includes various executive recruitment positions at Google, Inc., where responsibilities spanned Global Product Management and Global Engineering. As the Founder and Principal of Natural Selection, Caroline has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
