Erin Ward is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in software and analytics. Currently serving in the role of Product Manager at Systems & Methods, Inc. since December 2023, Erin previously worked at Aha! from August 2018 to December 2023 as Group Manager of Product Concierge, contributing to the development of tools utilized by over 700,000 users. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Greenway Health from December 2010 to July 2018, where Erin advanced from Business Intelligence Analyst to Manager of Product Management - Analytics.
