Oz Karatay

Oz Karatay is a seasoned professional in corporate development and strategic operations, currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at T-Mobile, where key achievements include leading the acquisition of US Cellular and developing home internet expansion strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Chief of Staff to the CEO & VP of Business Operations at Firefly, where significant fundraising and international acquisitions were accomplished, and as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising on substantial investments. Oz also has experience in investment banking, managing live-deal processes at Morgan Stanley. Oz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University.
