Amel Sirelkhatim has extensive experience in customer service and architectural training. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative-RM at Tabby since November 2022, Amel manages inbound and outbound calls and responds to emails and chat inquiries. Previous experience includes an internship at Newtech Consulting Group in March 2014, where Amel undertook training on a construction site for the El Tietal Detergent & Soap Industry in Khartoum North. Amel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Sudan University of Science and Technology, completed between 2010 and 2015, and a high school diploma from Islamic Education Private School in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, obtained in 2010.
