Ulyses Camacho

Ulyses Camacho serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Taco Cabana, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management. Since joining Taco Cabana in 2014, Ulyses has overseen all departments and enterprise operations, successfully driving the privatization process and launching initiatives to optimize and simplify operations across 144 locations. Ulyses has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President of Operations, where a focus on key business metrics led to a significant increase in check averages. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. and managing multiple restaurant locations at Salsas Mexican Grill & La Iguana Restaurants. Ulyses holds educational credentials from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and Del Mar College.
