Aaron Robinson

Aaron Robinson is an experienced production quality manager at Tait Communications, overseeing production quality performance and ensuring supplier compliance with standards since July 2012. Previously holding the position of production manager, Aaron has managed teams of 120 to 160 staff in a high-mix electronic assembly environment, focusing on timely delivery, product quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement. With a background as a process improvement engineer and analyst at Tait Radio Communications, Aaron implemented lean transformations and supported production processes. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Technology, Industrial Management from Massey University and a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (Telecommunications) from Christchurch Polytech.
