Selvandaran Rathakrishnan

Selvandaran Rathakrishnan currently serves as the Head of Group IT Management & Information Systems and Head of Product & Quality at Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad since August 2023, following a role as Manager in the same department. Prior to TalentCorp, Selvandaran held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at HTR Asia Sdn Bhd from May 2021 to September 2023 and previously worked at T-Systems International as a Senior Process Consultant and Transition to Support Project Manager from December 2012 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Change Manager at GlaxoSmithKline and Service Management Analyst at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included service management processes and supplier compliance. Selvandaran began a career at ExxonMobil as Service Management Senior Analyst, focusing on the integrity of Technical Knowledge Management Systems.
