Dean Hewitt

Dean Hewitt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and marketing, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for both the Talent Development Institute and ITrain SA since January 2017. As an Exco member of the Reach For A Dream Foundation, Dean contributes strategically to the organization's impactful work, recognized as South Africa's top NGO in 2022. Additionally, Dean holds the position of National Marketing Director at Global Visitor Media Group and previously at Niya Consulting. With a background in marketing and sales roles at various companies including UCit and Circa Recruitment, Dean has developed expertise in corporate hospitality, training, and brand management. Dean completed an Honours degree in Brand Management & Leadership from Vega School and a Bachelor of Social Science from Rhodes University.
